This Puligny-Montrachet from one of our top producers in Burgundy is fleshy, complex and deep. Folatières is one of the top 1er cru vineyards above Grand Cru ‘Le Montrachet’. The wine has ripe notes of white stone fruits, balanced with a generous helping of new oak that is beautifully integrated with the rich, fruit flavours and finished with minerality and tangy acidity in the mouth. A wonderful expression of a Burgundian Chardonnay, perfect when served with white meat in a creamy sauce. (Pippa)
