Vault Club FAQ

Is there a minimum and maximum standing order?
The minimum is £50 per month, and there is no maximum!

Can you just sort out regular cases for me without me having to choose the individual wines?
Yes – if you let us know what your taste and budget is we can regularly send you a different mixed case of wines that we think you’ll love.

Can I ask for personal recommendations?
Please do! Email or call the office on 020 7352 4083 and your personal Vintner will help you work out the perfect wine to suit your needs.

Is it easy to change the amount of my subscription, or cancel it?
Yes, you can change the amount of your standing order or cancel it via your bank.

Is there free delivery?
There is free delivery on all orders over £100, everywhere in the UK. Otherwise a £10 delivery charge applies.

Do I get the 10% discount on wines that are already on offer?
Yes, you receive a further 10% off the already reduced price!

Can I check my Vault Club balance online?
Yes – please follow the link on the Vault Club page of our website to request a statement which will be emailed to you shortly after.

What happens if I don’t have enough money in my Vault to cover my order?
You will need to pay the outstanding balance before your wine can be released. Payment can be made on our website, over the phone, or via an online transfer.

Is there a minimum wine order?
There is no minimum order.
