There’s Muscadet and then there’s Muscadet, and there are few other places where it’s as important to get the vintage and the grower correct. Here it’s just right and this tiny Domaine in the Western Loire has made an absolute cracker. Racy acidity is balanced by ripe fruit and they combine beautifully to produce a great seafood white.
