    Serving temperature : Serve at cool room temperature at 16-18°C.

    Food match : Very versatile with a wide variety of savoury and meat dishes, especially where the food has a fatty nature. Particularly good with goose, duck and pork. Equally at home with strong cheeses, full-flavoured and spicy pastas with tomato dressing, grilled meats and BBQ.
