What We Say

A softer, gentle and smoother red you would be very hard pressed to find. This is made in the style of a Valpolicella so it's Ripasso style where they dry the grapes before fermenting.  The result is a lovely rich wine with very ripe fruit.  Delicious on it's own and a perfect winter casserole wine.
