    Bouquet : Blackcurrant and raspberry aromas and flavours, backed by the wonderful dusty, chalky hints typical of Cabernet Franc. These flavours develop wonderfully after the wine has aged a few months in bottle, adding a subtle woodland complexity to the palate and long finish. It is an altogether round and easy to drink wine, with a soft, silky finish.

    Serving temperature : Should be served at cool room temperature16°C

    Food match : Ideal with delicatessen meat, grilled meat, poultry and hard cheese. Some people also enjoy it well-chilled, with fish. The soft tannic structure of this wine makes it enjoyable with practically all dishes and sauces. It is sublime with mushroom risotto.
