We've tasted so much average white burgundy from Puligny, Chassagne and Meursault and it's not until we stumbled across David Moret that we really smiled. This is village Puligny at its absolute best. Complex, taught and intense – a wine made in a well maintained and loved vineyard rather than a winery.
