The younger brother of Grand Corbin Despagne made from 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc from young vines, and 50% aged in two year old barrels. We tried SO much average Bordeaux at this price point, this beat many more illustrious wines on its way onto the Vintner 100. It’s fleshy, generous, ripe and rewarding – a really tasty right bank Bordeaux. - Tasted by Charlie
