This is lipsmackingly tasty Gavi, even better perhaps than the '10 was last year. It's slightly fresher, a touch more vibrant and energetic with lovely lime like fruit, finesse and crispness. This is a terrific alternative to a good Sancerre or Pouilly Fumé and is a match made in heaven with a tasty, plain grilled piece of fish.
