    Good Riesling needs a few months to really show its character and this is doing just that now. Ripe but with really racy acidity and heaps of tasty, slate and pebble like flavours and textures. This '10 vintage is terrific to really express how Alsace Riesling really should taste and this is a classic example.

    Food match :Great with seafood and pork dishes. Delicious with chicken and turkey cooked in sauces. Amazing with Asian cuisine.

    Ageing potential : 3 - 4 years.
