We're SO excited about this.  it's a little bit like eating a really great prawn cocktail -  a revival of a classic & this should grace every shellfish & seafood dish without question.  Grown on the schist slopes between the Sevre & the Maine Rivers from the Muscadet grape (Melon de Bourgogne), it's dry, fresh, super crisp, light & fresh. FANTASTIC Muscadet - REALLY!
