Châteauneuf is back and with a bang. This ultra tasty red has all the hallmarks you want - peppery, spiced, dark fruit, olive tapenade - with surprising elegance.

The Producer

Domaine du Vieux Lazaret

At the beginning of the 19th century, the Quiot Family bought an old Lazaret (a hospice run by religious Lazarists who play a very important role at the time of the plague of 1720, when a third of the village’s population died) and built up a proper domaine by linking up parcels of land owned on the commune of Chateauneuf-du-Pape.
