Pinot Gris 2010, Archangel Estate, Central Otago

Only 200 cases were made of this and it's an absolute star on our list!  This is a ‘must try before you die’ wine. It’s ripe, and retains fresh acidity. We’re sure it’s a foody white but we’d quite happily bath in it if we could afford to do so.
