Tasting Note

Close your eyes and you might think you were drinking a Côte de Beaune rather than a Pinot Noir from Bulgaria. This over delivers with bright red cherry fruit and soft integrated tannins, with an uplifting finish.

Delivery and Returns

We offer a delivery service to most UK mainland addresses using either our own drivers or a courier.  We can deliver beyond the UK mainland but will need to quote you a price for this via email or phone. 

Our standard delivery charge is £10 inc. VAT for orders of under £100 to a single address in most parts of the UK mainland.  Delivery is free for orders of £100 or more to one address in most parts of the UK mainland.

We will deliver your wine within 5 working days of receipt of your order although many of our deliveries are done within 3 days.  If you have a deadline by which you need the wine, please let us know in the delivery instructions when you check out.

We require the goods to be signed for upon delivery unless you provide us with alternative delivery instructions which you can opt for when placing your order online.

The Vintner Guarantee

We are confident that you will love our carefully chosen wines, but if you don't, or if your wine is faulty (e.g. corked), we will credit you without question. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we’ll also credit you for the bottle you tried originally.

The Producer

Wine consultant Marco Monchiero has played a large role in finding the perfect sites for Pinot Noir production in Bulgaria. He has overseen things at Miroglio since its inception. The production of red wines are intended to extract the complexity of flavours contained in the skin of the grapes. To achieve this it is necessary to leave the skins in contact with the grape juice for the entire fermentation period. The production of their red wines is made using a gravity fed system in order to preserve the delicate skins. After 2-3 days following fermentation the wine is poured into barrique barrels, where it begins the aging process.
