Delivery and Returns

We offer a delivery service to most UK mainland addresses using either our own drivers or a courier. We can deliver beyond the UK mainland but will need to quote you a price for this via email or phone.

Our standard delivery charge is £10 inc. VAT for orders of under £100 to a single address in most parts of the UK mainland. Delivery is free for orders of £100 or more to one address in most parts of the UK mainland.

We will deliver your wine within 5 working days of receipt of your order although many of our deliveries are done within 3 days. If you have a deadline by which you need the wine, please let us know in the delivery instructions when you check out.

We require the goods to be signed for upon delivery unless you provide us with alternative delivery instructions which you can opt for when placing your order online.

The Vintner Guarantee

We are confident that you will love our carefully chosen wines, but if you don't, or if your wine is faulty (e.g. corked), we will credit you without question. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we’ll also credit you for the bottle you tried originally.

Winemaking at Bodegas Raimat is a joint endeavour between Xavier Farré, the Director for Wine-Growing, and Elisabeth Fugueras, the Enologist. This is because both aspects of wine production (vineyard cultivation and wine making) are seen as equally important. Raimat prides itself on being completely sustainable, much of which is due to Xavier's work in the vineyards. Bodegs Raimat’s modern facilities and harvesting and research work in vineyard and winery have made Raimat one of the most innovative and prestigious wine-growing and wine-making complexes in the world. The methods and techniques used have required years of experimentation and research.
