Franck and Aurélien represent the second and third generations respectively to run the family Domaine. Franck studied Oenology in Bordeaux and has been working for the family business since 1991, principally with the mission of adopting measures to ensure the sustainability of the land. After studying in Beaune and in Montpellier, Aurélien continued to develop his experience in New Zealand and the USA before coming back home to the family estate where he is now in charge of the vineyard.
The vineyards cover around 23 hectares, 70% of which are planted with Sauvignon Blanc and 30% planted with Pinot Noir. The plots are farmed sustainably with no chemical fertilizers and as little phytosanitary products as possible in order to allow the land itself to work its magic. Grass is allowed to grow among the vines in all of the plots. Throughout the domaine, all grapes are hand harvested in order to be able to select the most beautiful bunches and thereby reach the optimum quality.
