Soave has made somewhat of a resurgence in recent years and this one ticks all the boxes. We love its fresh pear and peach aromas, its slightly resinous texture and its refreshing fruit on the palate. Made by La Cantina di Soave and imported only by us, this is really cracking Soave. Delicious with risottos, fish and cured meats.
