Tasting Note

A real step up on the village St Nicolas that this has replaced. The soft juicy red fruit is combined with a wonderful gravelly minerality (hence its name). A gunflint smokiness with a light pepper finish gives this beautiful wine extra dimension. There is so much bang for your buck here!
