Tasting Note

Wonderful aromatic and refreshing flavours of elderflower, grapefuit and lime. Fresh and zesty on the palate with very subtle hints of green herbs.

The Producer

Domaine du Fraisse

Christophe Godet is the head winemaker at Fraisse, raised on the vineyard , as was his father Daniel. Christophe has followed in his mother, father and grandparents’ footsteps, studying viticulture and oenology at school and then joining his father in the vines. Christophe’s emphasis is on the fact that although his education and work experience steered him towards a successful career in wine, it was above all else his family’s agricultural heritage, observation of their work and the terraine he grew up on which made him strive for excellence in his work. The Domaine does not employ a full time oenologist as both father and son insist on doing the work themselves and have years of experience behind them with no less than seven generations of vignerons on the family tree.
