Tasting Note

The slight pink hue visually gives away that this wine is made from red grapes and then the wonderful weight and depth of flavour backs it up on the palate. Floral notes marry beautifully with white peach and a zesty citrus lift. This English wine will definitely wow your guests.

Delivery and Returns

We offer a delivery service to most UK mainland addresses using either our own drivers or a courier.  We can deliver beyond the UK mainland but will need to quote you a price for this via email or phone. 

Our standard delivery charge is £10 inc. VAT for orders of under £100 to a single address in most parts of the UK mainland.  Delivery is free for orders of £100 or more to one address in most parts of the UK mainland.

We will deliver your wine within 5 working days of receipt of your order although many of our deliveries are done within 3 days.  If you have a deadline by which you need the wine, please let us know in the delivery instructions when you check out.

We require the goods to be signed for upon delivery unless you provide us with alternative delivery instructions which you can opt for when placing your order online.

We are confident that you will love our carefully chosen wines, but if you don't, or if your wine is faulty (e.g. corked), we will credit you without question. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and we’ll also credit you for the bottle you tried originally.

The Producer

Kingscote

A degree in Fine Art and Film-making at Chelsea School of Art set Owen Elias on a circuitous route to winemaking via setting up his own record label, dry stonewalling and gravedigging. He has now spent 20 years as a winemaker and consults on all aspects of wine production from vineyard establishment, winery construction and equipment alongside winemaking and marketing. He has been the UKVA winemaker of the year no less than four times.
