Tasting Note

Sun-drenched, super-juicy blackcurrant fruit dominates the aromas and palate. Although fantastically concentrated, perfect ripeness means the wine still retains fine, fresh finish.

The Producer

Stephen de Wet

Arabella is a new venture established on land which has been in the De Wet family since the 1860’s. The vineyards had been established many years previously, but it was only in 2006 that this generation, headed up by father Stephen de Wet, decided to produce wines again and invested in a new cellar and bottling room. Stephen is responsible for the viticulture, stud and winemaking departments, while his son Jamie heads up logistic, bottling, labelling, distribution, administration, sales, marketing, and advertising.
