Julien Collovray joined the team in 2008, after having studied wine agriculture and oenology at University, as well as law and economics. Before joining his family’s domaine, he worked at vineyards in Virginia and other French regions. These days he runs both the management of the vineyard and the marketing side of the business, and has set up the organic conversion of some of their vineyards.
The Domaine is among the largest and most progressive in the region, making Chardonnay of world class quality and pushing the boundaries on the perceived limits of Maconnais as a producer of white burgundy.
