This state-of-the-art winery, situated in the Valle del Cinca, produces this fantastic blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is juicy and well-rounded with lovely ripe aromas of red fruits (strawberry, redcurrant). It also has a subtle smokiness to it. Serve with traditional tapas, cold meats or grilled chicken. (Pippa)
